Charles Perry Howard
(b. 1879 in Harvel, Illinois – d. 1938)

Charles Perry Howard was a labor leader. He worked as a printer and was elected president of the International Typographical Union (1923, 1926-38). A proponent of industrial unionism, he was a co-founder of the Congress of Industrial Organizations.
